Tile roofs
are beautiful, lasting, but more expensive. The last thing you want with your roofing company is for the roofers to drop a lot of the tiles as they are laying them. It is easy for the tiles to slide off the roof before being secured to the roof. It is also somewhat easy for tiles to be dropped in the process of transferring them to the roof. Therefore, make certain that your roofing company is expert at laying tile in order to limit the amount of accidental tile breakage.
Certain tile roofs are even more difficult to work properly and finish out expertly. If your roof is steep, has dormers or cut
out areas, and many levels, call us. We specialize in difficult jobs. We can cut the tile pieces individually to fit that cut out area. Tip: make sure tile
roofs have copper valleys. Copper lasts forever also and wears to a beautiful sheen and color.
